Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Direct GTM Patient Services leader responsible for aligning BD, Ops, and Marketing to position our offerings effectively across global accounts. You will guide strategy, engage senior stakeholders, and shape delivery and messaging for high-impact opportunities.

The role requires 15+ years in strategy, business development, or related fields within life sciences, with a proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, solutions consulting, operations leadership, or related roles within life sciences, CRO/clinical services, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated experience supporting sales pursuits, including opportunity qualification, account planning, and contributing to RFI/RFP responses and bid defenses.
• Familiarity with CRM and pipeline management tools; ability to influence senior leadership and drive enterprise-level initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead GTM strategies for Patient Services and related solutions across accounts and segments.
• Coordinate with BD, Ops, and Marketing to craft compelling outreach, messaging, and collateral for client engagements.
• Lead or influence complex, high-impact initiatives requiring cross-functional alignment and advanced judgment.
