Job summary

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Go-to-Market FP&A team in London, reporting to the Senior Manager. You will partner with GTM leaders to deliver insights that influence budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

The role emphasizes driver-based modeling, scoping investments, and delivering executive-ready dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related experience in SaaS/tech.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience supporting commercial GTM, sales or marketing.
• Strong GTM metrics knowledge (pipeline, revenue, ROI, CAC).
• Experience with BI, planning, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leadership to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for GTM investments.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for forecasting and investment planning.
• Monitor GTM performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead month-end close activities including accruals and variance analysis.
• Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses for initiatives and resource decisions.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting for monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation across FP&A.
