Job summary

Autotrader is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to shape growth across acquisition and engagement in multiple product areas. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns across core channels, partnering with Product, Content and Brand teams to deliver full-funnel ROI.

You’ll own forecasting, budgeting and testing, translating high-level priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multi-channel performance marketing strategies across product areas.
• Experience coordinating with Product, Tech, Content and Brand teams, plus external agencies.
• Ability to forecast, plan budgets and justify marketing spend with data.
• Strong measurement discipline and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on testing mindset to improve targeting, messaging and ROI.
