Monzo is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive to drive the launch and scale of Monzo Business across European markets. You will own day-to-day Direct Mail execution and optimise activity across Paid Social and Paid Search, translating UK learnings into local market playbooks.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Direct Mail campaigns, ideally within acquisition or growth marketing environments.
• Ability to expand skills into Paid Social and Paid Search.
• Experience using data to tell a performance story and influence decisions.
• Strong organisation and cross-team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end activity delivery across European markets from planning to reporting.
• Lead Direct Mail delivery: audience selection, planning, creative development, supplier coordination and performance analysis.
• Support Paid Social and Paid Search campaign execution with channel managers to optimise activity.
• Develop testing strategies around account structure, campaigns, experiments and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with local market teams and Brand, Integrated Marketing, Product and Data teams for locally relevant campaigns.
• Share learnings to build repeatable playbooks for launching Monzo Business in new markets.
