Lime, a global leader in micromobility, is seeking a Growth Optimization - Lifecycle Marketing Manager. You will own the lifecycle ecosystem, architect cross‑channel campaigns, and drive data‑driven improvements from onboarding to retention.

This remote UK role blends marketing analytics, data science, and product thinking to scale rider engagement and lifetime value. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in lifecycle growth marketing within B2C environments, strong data literacy, and hands‑on Braze

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of dedicated lifecycle or growth marketing experience in a fast-paced B2C environment.
• Strong data science methodologies, with understanding of MAB, clustering, and LTV concepts.
• Hands-on Braze experience including Liquid, Canvas, API triggers.
• Marketing instincts paired with analytical mind focused on conversion and retention.
• Experience with JIRA-style ticketing to coordinate across Product, Data Science and Creative teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Operations Research, Business, Economics or related field.
• Nice to have: SQL and Python skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as the single owner of lifecycle campaigns, architect cross-channel strategy and data analytics.
• Design, execute, and measure advanced experiments including MAB for content, send-times, and offers.
• Partner with Data Science for segmentation using clustering and churn/LTV models.
• Design lifecycle flows from onboarding to activation, churn prevention and recovery.
• Treat CRM as a product with attributes, event nesting, and scalable data infra.
• Manage projects and assets in JIRA, plus localization workflows.
