Job summary

Demandflow in the United Kingdom is seeking a Growth Strategist to own the growth strategy for B2B websites, leading SEO, AI discovery and conversion initiatives. You will advise clients directly and collaborate with designers and developers to implement plans.

You’ll own SEO, AEO/GEO and CRO across client accounts, reporting to a Co-Founder and shaping Demandflow’s growth offering. This is a fully remote role requiring collaboration across GMT, EST and PST.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on technical, on-page and content SEO with evidence of improving organic traffic.
• Practical AEO/GEO experience through research, audits or experiments.
• Hands-on CRO: taking an opportunity from analysis through an improvement or experiment and judging the result against its objective.
• Strong B2B marketing knowledge, connecting websites with positioning, campaigns and pipeline.
• Experience with GA4, Google Search Console and behavioural analytics, turning data into recommendations while explaining its limits.
• Client-facing strategic experience with senior stakeholders; agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Practical AI use in research and analysis, with findings checked against evidence.
• Fluent English and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set a growth direction that matters: Understand each client’s business, audience and wider marketing. Build a prioritised roadmap that connects discovery and conversion to commercial goals, then turn it into clear briefs with the Project Lead.
• Improve discovery in search and AI: Lead technical, on-page and content SEO. Research search intent and competitors, investigate AI visibility and test AEO/GEO approaches.
• Turn more interest into enquiries: Use quantitative and qualitative research to understand behaviour and friction. Develop hypotheses around messaging, landing pages, forms and journeys, then work with designers and developers on improvements and experiments.
• Turn results into better decisions: Define useful KPIs, own reporting and lead growth conversations with senior client stakeholders. Explain what has changed, what it means and where to focus next.
