Monaco Solicitors is seeking a results-driven SEO lead to own our organic growth and revenue from search, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled search strategies. The role requires UK SEO experience and the ability to drive GEO performance while balancing technical, on-site, and off-site optimization.

You will work remotely with an option to use our London office, contributing to data-driven decisions and rapid growth in a remote-first, digitally advanced firm.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UK experience in SEO.
• 1+ years of UK experience in GEO.
• Fluent across technical, on-site and off-site SEO.
• Proven track record with AI search.

Responsibilities

• Owning organic growth: leads and revenue from search.
• Traditional SEO across three pillars: technical, on-site and off-site, with GA4 and Search Console as your daily instruments.
• GEO to dominate AI search results.
• Analysing data.
