Job summary

Unity is seeking a senior for Learning & Development to drive growth-oriented performance development. The role focuses on coaching Partners and Functional Leaders to develop people beyond traditional reviews, with a mandate to create practical frameworks and programmes.

You will own onboarding, probation experiences, feedback literacy, calibration, and the design of skills and progression pathways, aligning learning with career advancement and pay progression.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in people development, performance coaching or L&D.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation capabilities.
• Ability to coach senior Partners and Directors on people development.

Responsibilities

• Design and curate professional and technical skills development aligned to the performance model.
• Coach Partners and Functional Leaders to build evidence for promotion and reward decisions.
• Own onboarding and probation experiences to ensure strong early contribution.
• Build and maintain skills and progression frameworks linked to progression and pay.
• Measure impact with data on feedback quality, check-ins, calibration, and reporting to leadership.
