Job summary

Unity Advisory seeks a senior leader in people development to design and oversee performance coaching, learning programmes, and calibration frameworks. The role centers on growth and ownership rather than traditional reviews.

You will partner with Partners and Functional Leaders to build onboarding, probation, and measurement of behavioural change, aligning progression with reward. This is a hands-on, instructional design and facilitation role; deliver programmes and mentor senior leaders to

Qualifications

• Senior experience in people development, performance coaching or L&D.
• Ability to connect development work to performance outcomes.
• Hands-on design and delivery of learning programmes.
• Comfort coaching senior leaders (Partners and Directors).

Responsibilities

• Feedback and check-in skills: build the skills behind how Unity gives and receives feedback.
• Learning programmes: design and curate skills development tied to performance model.
• Calibration and promotion readiness: coach on evidence for promotion decisions.
• Onboarding: own onboarding and probation experience from day one.
• Performance tooling literacy: build understanding of performance tools used to connect strategy to accountability.
• Skills and progression frameworks: define tracks mapping to Unity's grading and progression criteria.
• Measurement: use data to track behaviour change and report to leadership.
