Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to shape growth through advanced analytics of payment products. You will design, test, and implement strategies to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement.

You will partner with product, data, and engineering teams to translate questions into actionable insights, build dashboards, run experiments, and scale analytics as we grow. You will own end-to-end analytics for growth products, gathering data, estimating opportunities,

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of quantitative analysis experience in high-scale tech, consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong SQL skills demonstrated in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience designing and analysing digital product experiments (A/B/multivariate).
• Hands-on with Tableau or Looker for self-service dashboards.
• Proficient in statistical programming (Python) and data tooling (Pandas, SciPy, Jupyter).
• Clear, professional English communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, business development, and data teams to surface growth metrics.
• Translate complex questions into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Build, maintain, and scale self-service dashboards and visualization tools.
• Own end-to-end analytics for growth products, from data gathering to post-launch reviews.
• Foster trust across teams as a bridge between technology, business, and product.
• Apply advanced analytics and modelling to drive high-impact business decisions.
