Responsibilities

• Provide expert Reward guidance to Group functions with market-competitive pay.
• Lead monthly Reward Network forums and share best practice.
• Manage cyclical Reward activities including annual pay and bonus reviews.
• Oversee benchmarking submissions and inform pay decisions for UK Group Functions.
• Handle grading, job evaluation, and benchmarking requests with accuracy.
• Deliver Group Functions’ benefits with UK Reward teams and external providers.
• Champion continuous improvement of Reward processes.
• Mentor junior team members and model professionalism.
