Qualifications

• Experience in executive compensation or board remuneration advisory.
• Strong technical knowledge of executive pay and market practice.
• Experience with large or listed organisations; consulting experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of UK directors’ remuneration regulations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design executive remuneration strategies aligned with business performance.
• Advise on incentive plan design and performance measures.
• Support remuneration committee processes and reporting.
• Provide governance guidance and investor engagement support.
• Build relationships with senior client stakeholders.
