Job summary

C&C Group in the UK and Ireland seeks a skilled Reward professional to own compensation, job architecture and reporting. You will work on a hybrid basis, two days onsite, collaborating with HR, Finance and senior stakeholders to shape modern, data-led reward programs across the group.

Responsibilities include leading salary reviews, benchmarking, governance of job frameworks, and delivering accurate analytics for executive disclosures and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Reward, Compensation or Total Rewards within a medium to large organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead compensation and reward cycles, developing financial models and recommendations.
• Design and enhance compensation frameworks including base pay, incentives and bonuses.
• Own statutory reward reporting and ensure compliance with UK and Irish regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures and evaluation processes.
