ZIGUP plc is seeking an experienced Group Regulatory Compliance Manager to join our Group Compliance team. Based in the North East or Yorkshire with travel to Darlington, Peterlee and Huddersfield, you will provide practical regulatory guidance and help embed a strong compliance culture.

Reporting to the Group Head of Compliance, you will oversee financial crime, operational resilience, Consumer Duty, and governance of AI, while supporting regulatory reporting and SMCR documentation across the

Qualifications

• Strong experience in regulatory compliance or conduct risk.
• Knowledge of FCA Handbook: SYSC, COCON, ICOBS, CMCOB, PROD, CONC, Consumer Duty.
• Ability to translate regulation into practical guidance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical compliance advice across ZIGUP businesses.
• Identify regulatory and conduct risks and support improvements.
• Conduct horizon scanning and brief stakeholders on changes.
• Oversee financial crime, operational resilience, and governance of AI.
• Support FCA regulatory reporting and SMCR documentation.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships to ensure compliant activities.
