Qualifications

• 7+ years in a senior B2B marketing role
• Experience developing and delivering strategic marketing plans
• Strong commercial awareness with sales teams
• Experience managing multiple brands or business areas
• Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI
• Proven ability delivering product launches, lead generation and brand campaigns
• Strong digital marketing experience: websites, SEO, social media, email marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall Group marketing strategy
• Manage brand positioning and consistency across multiple Group companies
• Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets, KPIs and ROI
• Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies
• Oversee website development, SEO and online visibility
• Manage email marketing and social media campaigns
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns
• Lead new product launches
• Develop marketing collateral and sales enablement tools
• Coordinate with external agencies for PR, video and creative projects
• Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, conferences and customer events
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and operations teams
• Build relationships with industry associations, customers, partners and suppliers
• Manage external agencies, freelancers and marketing suppliers
• Provide regular reporting on marketing performance and ROI
• Support acquisition activity and brand integration
