This high-impact role reports to the Group CEO and translates commercial objectives into strategies that drive revenue, with oversight of internal and external marketing partners.

You’ll balance strategy with delivery, setting direction while hands-on in campaigns, product launches and cross-brand marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Experience developing multi-brand, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate objectives into campaigns.
• Experience managing people, agencies and external partners.
• Practical use of AI tools in marketing to improve output and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own group marketing across multiple brands and campaigns.
• Turn commercial objectives into campaigns that generate leads and revenue.
• Manage customer acquisition across digital channels and events.
• Improve website journeys, conversion rates and digital performance.
• Develop CRM, nurture and lifecycle marketing activity.
• Coordinate with sales, product, operations and compliance.
• Direct external marketing agency and specialist suppliers.
