Job summary

WSP UK is actively seeking mid-career hydrogeologists to deliver groundwater modelling and water resources projects within our Catchment Science team. You will lead regional studies and support regulatory, infrastructure and environmental clients.

You will manage projects, mentor junior staff, and work with hydrologists, modellers and engineers to deliver integrated water resources solutions. Hybrid working is available with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

Groundwater and water resources modelling experience for estimation and management.
Strong understanding of UK hydrogeology and regulatory framework.
Excellent project management, with end-to-end delivery experience.

Responsibilities

Technical delivery of hydrogeology and water resources projects focused on regional groundwater modelling.
Manage projects with financial oversight, change control and QA.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Define scopes and approaches with leads in Hydrogeology and Groundwater Services.
Produce high-quality client and public-facing deliverables communicating complex data clearly.
Contribute to bid proposals and develop innovative client solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated project outcomes.
Promote a safety-first culture in line with policy.
