Job summary

WSP is seeking mid-career hydrogeologists/modellers to support groundwater and water resources projects within the Catchment Science team. You will lead modelling work, manage projects, mentor colleagues, and deliver high-quality client-facing outputs across the UK.

The role offers hybrid working across the UK, opportunities to grow, and a culture focused on innovation, integrity and inclusion. A MSc in Hydrogeology is preferred.

Qualifications

• MSc in Hydrogeology or related field required.
• Experience in groundwater and water resources modelling.
• Ability to manage projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical delivery of groundwater and water resources projects.
• Lead regional and catchment-scale groundwater studies.
• Manage projects with financial oversight and QA.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across disciplines.
• Contribute to bid proposals and develop innovative solutions.
