Job summary
Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance Team at Kimberley Depot. You will lead frontline teams responsible for parks, sports pitches, cemeteries and open spaces, ensuring high-quality grounds maintenance and safe systems of work.
You will plan and oversee maintenance programmes, conduct quality inspections, monitor performance and support workforce development, helping to improve the appearance of Broxtowe's green
Qualifications
- Experience leading operational teams in grounds maintenance or related environments.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to manage work programmes and meet standards.
- Proven ability to conduct quality inspections and drive continuous improvement.
- Commitment to safe systems of work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
