Salary: £33,170 - £34,806 per annum (Grade 8) (pay award of 3.3% pending). Full time 37 hours per week.
Broxtowe Borough Council is seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Senior Team Leader to join our Grounds Maintenance Team based at Kimberley Depot.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established supervisor, team leader or grounds maintenance professional to take a leading role in delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services across the borough.
As Senior Team Leader, you will provide operational leadership to frontline teams responsible for maintaining the Council's parks, sports pitches, cemeteries, open spaces, landscaped areas and other green assets. You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard while supporting continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
Working closely with managers and operational staff, you will help plan and oversee maintenance programmes, undertake quality inspections, monitor performance and support the development of the workforce. The role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the appearance and quality of Broxtowe's parks and green spaces.
