Job summary

Pin Point Recruitment is seeking a Contract Supervisor for a Royal Park contract in Kingston. The role covers day-to-day operational oversight of grounds maintenance, landscaping, and horticulture, with leadership duties to implement policies and ensure H&S compliance.

The successful candidate will liaise with management to maintain client relationships, schedule works, and manage payroll-related timesheets. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
• Experience with budgets and performance management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling works and coordinate resources per contract.
• Ensure tool and machinery readiness and perform safety checks.
• Build and maintain client relationships and attend weekly meetings as needed.
• Manage and mentor staff, monitor progress, and lead by example.
• Record time and attendance and process payroll-related paperwork.
