Job summary

Kingston Barnes Ltd is seeking a Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial landscaping projects and routine grounds maintenance contracts in the UK. You will translate client briefs into plans, manage budgets, lead site supervisors and subcontractors, and ensure HSE compliance from inception to handover.

Applicants should have proven operational leadership in UK landscaping, strong communication, a valid UK driving licence, and safety

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across UK landscaping/sites.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage multiple sites.
• Excellent communication skills and client liaison.
• Full UK driving licence and relevant safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs into project plans and budgets.
• Direct operational teams and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental standards on site.
• Plan and execute hard and soft landscaping projects through full lifecycle.
• Build relationships with clients and manage expectations.
