Job summary

Royal Park in Kingston is seeking an experienced Contract Supervisor to oversee the Bushy Park contract. You will coordinate daily operations, manage crews and ensure delivery of services according to contract specs.

You will build strong client relationships, monitor safety and compliance, handle timesheets and payroll, and support HR processes while maintaining high standards of grounds maintenance. A full UK driving licence and proven supervisory ability are essential; occasional meetings

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Full, manual UK driving licence is essential.
• Strong communication, client management and IT literacy skills.
• Previous exposure to financial budgets and performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling works and coordinate resources according to contract specifications and workload.
• Ensure teams are prepared in terms of tool and machinery requirements for all tasks (conducting safety checks, end of day equipment checks, and ordering of parts, materials, uniform and PPE when required).
• Build and maintain client relationships, creating a positive impression and attending weekly contract meetings as needed.
• Strong people management, mentoring staff, monitoring work progress and performance while leading by example.
• Monitor time and attendance, collating timesheets for payroll.
• Adhere to HR processes and procedures, managing and supporting employee issues, escalating to management if necessary.
