The successful candidate will supervise daily tasks, ensure safety and quality, and support training while liaising with management and stakeholders. This is a permanent, full-time position in a remote workplace setting with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team leader role is required.
• Strong communication and organisational skills expected.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations and allocate work to team members.
• Lead by example by undertaking operational duties alongside the workforce.
• Ensure all work meets health, safety, environmental and quality standards.
• Monitor productivity and provide guidance as needed.
• Carry out site inspections and safety checks.
• Complete paperwork, records and reports accurately and on time.
• Liaise with management, customers and stakeholders.
• Maintain and use vehicles, tools and equipment correctly.
• Support training and development of team members.
• Promote a positive safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
