Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in grounds maintenance/landscaping.
• Full UK driving licence essential; tractor driving beneficial.
• Strong communication, client management and IT literacy.
• Experience with budgeting or financial aspects of contracts helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling works and coordinate resources per contract specs.
• Ensure teams have tools and machinery; conduct safety checks and PPE orders.
• Build and maintain client relationships; attend weekly contract meetings.
• Mentor staff and monitor performance; support HR processes and payroll timesheets.
