St Giles Trust is a charity that supports people facing severe disadvantage to find employment, secure housing, and access the support they need to rebuild their lives. Through peer-led services and lived experience, they empower individuals to overcome injustice and become positive contributors to their communities.
Title: Senior Grants and Bids Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid, 1 day per week in a St Giles location (Once per fortnight in their London location)
As Senior Grants and Bids Manager, you will lead the planning, development, and submission of high-quality funding applications that align with St Giles Trust’s strategic goals. You’ll manage and support a small team, oversee a pipeline of opportunities, and ensure bids are delivered to commissioner requirements. The role also involves coaching team members, maintaining effective systems and processes, and keeping senior leadership informed of key funding trends and opportunities.
