Job summary

Salt is seeking a Senior Golang Developer to build a modern, globally scalable Loyalty & Benefits platform. You will work in an Agile team developing high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs using cloud-native technologies.

Essential skills include strong Golang experience, microservices architecture, event-driven systems, Docker, and CI/CD. Bonus for Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, gRPC/GraphQL, AWS, and TDD experience.

Qualifications

• Proven strong commercial Golang experience.
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Event-driven systems experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar).
• Docker and containerised applications.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated testing in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance microservices and APIs in a cloud-native stack.
• Collaborate within an Agile engineering team to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and operate globally scalable Loyalty & Benefits platform components.
