Qualifications

• Backend engineering experience with Go production work.
• Strong Go fundamentals: concurrency, error handling, interfaces.
• Microservice and event-driven design experience.
• Built and operated production services end to end with monitoring.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Curiosity, ownership and good communication.
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools.
• Pair programming experience.
• Kubernetes or container platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build new features in Golang for the core integration platform.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and platform direction.
• Support product and delivery teams.
• Learn from senior engineers and share knowledge with the team.
• Apply TDD and maintain observable, robust services.
• Collaborate on AI-assisted development and code discussions.
• Work with Kubernetes/container deployments as needed.
