JUXT is recruiting for an ambitious backend engineer to join our Tier 1 Bank AI Product & Platform team. You’ll design and build AI-powered products in Go, delivering scalable backend services and cloud-native architectures within a high-growth engineering culture.

Lead by example in performance tuning, distributed systems, and CI/CD, while mentoring peers. This role places you at the forefront of Generative AI and enterprise-grade platforms in London.

Qualifications

• Golang (Go) expertise with production-grade apps.
• Experience designing large-scale backend services and APIs.
• Proven ability to operate systems in microservices and distributed environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native tech and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of system design and performance optimization.
• Experience taking products from concept to production.
• Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-powered apps is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Design and build AI-powered products and platforms using Golang.
• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs at enterprise scale.
• Build and enhance internal developer tools, frameworks and reusable components.
• Partner with product, engineering and AI teams to productionize ideas.
• Contribute to cloud-native, microservices-based architectures.
• Drive engineering best practices across code quality, testing, observability and CI/CD.
• Mentor engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
