Qualifications

• Strong software-engineering fundamentals with production experience.
• Comfortable on Linux and understand OS concepts (processes, networking, packaging, systemd).
• Solid grasp of build systems, CI/CD, and release pipelines in a monorepo or large-scale setup.
• Track record of delivering: shipping, closing out, and not letting scope stall a deliverable.
• Good written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset with non-developer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in Go, build and own platform services end-to-end from design to production.
• Improve developer experience by reducing friction in the build/CI/CD path and strengthening shared libraries.
• Help shape adoption of AI/coding-assistant tooling safely within workflows.
• Collaborate with network and Linux engineers to scale and expose infrastructure needs via software.
• Mentor teammates and share knowledge to improve team capabilities.
• Maintain high standards through thoughtful code reviews and pragmatic prioritization.
• Participate in on-call to troubleshoot issues spanning multiple domains.
