Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking experienced Golang Engineers to join a global financial leader's Platform Engineering and AI programme in Greater London. You will work at the intersection of cloud-native engineering, internal developer platforms, and emerging AI technology to build secure, scalable platforms and tooling that empower engineering teams.

This role focuses on developing AI-enabled platforms, internal DevOps tooling, and enterprise-grade infrastructure to support GenAI adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Solid cloud-native architecture experience.
• Experience across SRE, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure and security.
• Genuine interest in generative AI and agentic technologies.
• Platform Engineering and large-scale technical platforms.
• Kotlin, Java or Python.
• Financial services or complex engineering environments.
• Building internal frameworks or contributing to open-source projects.
