The role emphasizes architectural delivery, security, and collaboration with clients to demonstrate effective solutions. Ideal candidates will bring hands-on Go expertise, a polyglot mindset, Kubernetes/Helm know-how, and a strong Agile delivery background, with a passion for coaching others and driving practice

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience building, scaling, and securing Go microservices in high-traffic environments.

Responsibilities

• Architectural delivery of end-to-end backend subsystems using Go; scalable, modular design.
• Champion quality and security through peer reviews and defensive practices.
• Lead testing strategy for unit, integration and services; explore new ideas.
• Translate complex technical concepts for clients and present demos.
• Mentor peers and promote knowledge sharing across the team.
