Scope Group is a specialist recruitment business operating at the heart of the global quantum technology market. We partner with 35+ companies across the quantum ecosystem, from venture-backed start-ups to leading quantum firms, recruiting scientists, engineers and commercial talent.

We’re growing our team and open to Junior Recruitment Consultants starting a career in specialist recruitment, or experienced Consultants moving into a high-growth, deep-tech market with international potential.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, competitive, commercially minded and curious.
• Junior hires: sixth form or university and progression tied to performance.
• Senior level: proven recruitment/headhunting or business development track record.

Responsibilities

• Head-hunt highly specialised scientists, engineers and tech leaders globally.
• Build long-term relationships with passive candidates.
• Learn complex quantum technology and speak credibly with technical candidates.
• Work with founders, CTOs, VPs and hiring leaders at quantum companies.
• Manage recruitment processes from search to offer and placement.
• Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
• Map emerging companies, technologies and talent pools.
• Advise clients on talent availability and market activity.
• Attend industry conferences and build presence in the global quantum ecosystem.
• Develop own specialist market and grow ownership of client relationships.
