Universal Quantum is hiring a Recruiter for a fixed-term contract, based in Haywards Heath. You will partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruitment across technical roles, developing sourcing strategies and managing end-to-end processes from briefing to onboarding.

You will build strong talent pipelines, provide market insights, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience while supporting hiring activities across multiple international locations.

Formación

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience hiring technical, engineering or scientist talent.
• End-to-end recruitment from attraction to offer.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and candidates.
• Experience using modern recruitment technology including ATS.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver full-cycle recruitment across technical roles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify and attract exceptional talent.
• Manage recruitment processes end-to-end, including briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure every candidate has an outstanding experience with Universal Quantum, regardless of outcome.
• Contribute to hiring activities across multiple international locations.
