Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a seasoned People Experience Consultant to drive HR excellence across EMEA in a highly matrixed organisation. You will partner with HRBPs, Legal, and Centres of Excellence to deliver complex HR projects, policy guidance, and data-driven improvements using Workday and Nexus.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-regional change initiatives, support talent management, and help design scalable people processes while ensuring compliance with employment laws across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ HR Generalist and/or HRBP experience.
• Experience in global, matrixed organisations, ideally in technology/media/retail/gaming.
• Demonstrable international HR generalist experience across multiple European jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices across multiple EMEA regions.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee lifecycle matters and HR projects.
• Experience delivering change initiatives across countries with stakeholders.
• Experience using HR analytics/data to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Discretion and sound judgement in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR leadership and Legal to deliver global change management initiatives.
• Independently manage and deliver complex HR projects across regions in a matrixed org.
• Provide policy guidance on HR practices and legal requirements across EMEA.
• Partner with global PX teams to drive engagement, compensation, benefits and career growth.
• Support performance management with data calibration and insights.
