Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a seasoned People Experience (PX) Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to HRBPs and leaders across EMEA. The role blends day-to-day HR delivery with large-scale change projects, driving engagement and organisational effectiveness within a complex global matrix.

You will guide policy, employment practice, and data-driven decision making, collaborating with Legal, ER and in-country teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' HR Generalist/HRBP experience.
• Experience in global, matrixed organisations (tech/media/retail/gaming).
• Experience supporting multiple European jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior HRM (EMEA), HRBPs, and legal to deliver global change initiatives.
• Manage complex HR projects across regions with stakeholders.
• Provide policy guidance and HR best practice across EMEA.
• Partner with PX teams to drive engagement, compensation, benefits and career growth.
• Support performance management with data calibration and insights.
• Assist talent mapping, succession planning and leadership development.
