Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in PX/HR advisory across multiple countries in the EMEA.
• Strong English communication; Italian language is a plus.
• Ability to lead in-person onboarding sessions and welcome new hires.
• Knowledge of UK HR law and right-to-work requirements.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional PX support to colleagues within the EMEA region.
• Manage cases in ServiceNow, delivering a great customer experience and meeting SLAs.
• Identify case trends and pursue process improvements.
• Support family leave and flexible working requests with managers and staff.
• Handle benefits processes and onsite onboarding activities.
• Carry out pre-employment checks and ensure compliance with screening policies.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Produce letters, contracts and other employee documentation promptly.
• Build strong relationships within the People team and across stakeholders.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved at first contact.
