Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Advisor to lead international assignments from start to finish and to manage relationships with mobility vendors across EMEAPAC. The role reports to Reward and operates within the global Mobility team based in the UK.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, manage immigration, tax, and relocation needs, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance and cost efficiency across offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in international mobility or global mobility operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of immigration, tax, and relocation considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on global mobility.
• Serve as first point of contact for mobility enquiries across EMEAPAC and related stakeholders.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for mobility cases including immigration, tax, and employment law risks.
• Partner with our MSP to manage day‑to‑day logistics for mobility cases and related services.
• Brief cases with full relocation details before logistics are organised, and maintain contact during assignments.
• Drive continuous improvement of mobility processes, policies and reporting across regions.
• Regularly assess performance and value of global mobility vendors.
• Ensure global mobility policies are adhered to across offices.
• Manage the Global Mobility Cases tracker and flag arrivals/departures to stakeholders.
• Advise on international trainee seats in line with budget and immigration requirements.
