Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is a global law firm with over 3,000 lawyers. The Senior Global Mobility Advisor will manage international assignments, review mobility processes and coordinate with global mobility vendors to ensure compliant and efficient mobility services.

The role reports to the Reward Manager in Newcastle/London and collaborates with regional People and Culture teams to deliver strategic mobility objectives and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience of dealing with international assignments and relocations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise deadlines.
• Should be able to work with minimal supervision.
• A legal background is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage international assignments from start to finish and coordinate mobility vendors.
• Advise managers and employees on immigration, tax, relocation policies.
• Maintain UK immigration compliance and monthly visa reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Tax, Finance to support budgeting and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement of mobility processes across EMEAPAC.
