Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner in the Global Planning Team.

You will lead asset and spares management, schedule preventative maintenance, and implement maintenance standards across the network as the CMMS SME, guiding local planners and driving standardisation. You will analyse equipment data, support EU cross-country initiatives, optimise parts usage and maintenance routines, and contribute to continuous improvement across multiple UK sites in a fast‑moving,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities
• Experience working with CMMS software
• Knowledge of CMMS, AutoCAD, VBA and SQL is preferred

Responsibilities

• Be a network level SME on the CMMS, train and support local planners and network initiatives.
• Drive EU standards roll-out in cross-country initiatives and participate in EU led projects.
• Be a CMMS key user and drive programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling or reports.
• Monitor standards implementation through reporting and audits.
• Analyse and improve forecasting of preventative maintenance routines to make equipment maintenance less intrusive and more effective.
• Compile equipment information, performance metrics and machine histories and make recommendations for improvements across the network.
