Job summary

Amazon is seeking an RME Planner to join our EU-wide Reliability Maintenance Engineering network. Based at one of our operational sites, you will manage assets and preventative maintenance planning, keeping the CMMS up to date and collaborating with local engineers to ensure smooth operations.

You will allocate maintenance resources, monitor spare parts inventories, and drive forecasting accuracy while analysing equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience working with CMMS software.
• Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant experience in managing spare parts inventories.

Responsibilities

• Establish where maintenance and repairs resource should be allocated using our CMMS software.
• Understand and implement EU standards across all systems in your scope.
• Consistently review and analyse on-site equipment, ensuring stock levels remain sufficient.
• Monitor the maintenance system to ensure that equipment levels are correctly recorded, and that forecasting is accurate.
