Omnia Capital Group seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to join our Manchester headquarters at Deansgate. You will lead high-value residential property sales, connecting elite developers with high-net-worth investors to shape extraordinary lives and lasting portfolios across Europe and the Middle East.

You will operate with significant autonomy, backed by a world-class support infrastructure including in-house marketing, research and intelligence.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in luxury property sales or wealth management.
• Established network of high-net-worth clients and developers.
• Excellent communication and board-level presentation skills.
• Experience selling into international markets; Middle East/Europe exposure valuable.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business development across global high-net-worth investor networks.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships at C-suite and private-investor level.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles for premium residential assets across Omnia's portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing and intelligence teams to identify and convert market opportunities.
• Represent Omnia at international property exhibitions and investor forums.
• Produce compelling investment proposals tailored to client profiles.
• Achieve and exceed ambitious revenue targets with full pipeline accountability.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the business development function.
