Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Head of Business Development in London, based in Knightsbridge. This role targets new and existing high-net-worth clients across private residential, commercial development, and hospitality sectors, delivering turnkey and bespoke interior design, architecture, FF&E, and procurement services.

The candidate will lead international BD efforts, manage CRM and analytics, and drive deal processes while building lasting relationships with elite clients and industry

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying and winning new business in luxury sectors.
• Proven ability to build and manage CRM processes for client tracking.
• Strong track record in developing long-term client relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage international new business opportunities in luxury/super-prime sector to expand reach.
• Plan and lead business development trips and roadshows with client meetings.
• Develop and oversee CRM systems for effective client tracking and relationships.
• Lead deal processes including strategic planning, sourcing, financial analysis, and negotiations.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to support strategic goals.
• Prioritise a robust pipeline using data-driven insights and analytics.
• Attend key industry events representing the organisation.
