Job summary

Deverellsmith recherches an accomplished Senior Development Manager/Development Director in London to drive development projects from acquisition to completion. You will lead the development strategy, coordinate planning, design, procurement, and handover while overseeing external professionals to ensure alignment with budgets and programmes.

The role requires strong commercial and technical expertise across residential/mixed-use developments, with proven ability to manage risk and deliver

Qualifications

• Cradle to grave development management experience across Residential/Mixed-use.
• Understanding of development appraisals, viability, planning, procurement and delivery.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with ability to assess and manage development risk.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivering development projects from acquisition through to completion.
• Lead development strategy and manage projects through planning, design, procurement, construction and handover.
• Appoint and manage external professional teams including architects, planning consultants, engineers and QSs.
