Job summary

Envision Pharma Group seeks a highly experienced Principal Global HRBP to join the Global HRBP team at a pivotal growth stage. This senior individual-contributor role partners with the Director, Global HRBP to translate enterprise priorities into clear plans and sustained capability across the team.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience including senior HRBP leadership.
• Experience translating enterprise people priorities into coordinated execution while leading complex transformation.
• Recognised escalation-level expert, trusted right hand to a senior HRBP leader.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills across global groups.
• Proven ability to upskill Senior HRBPs and build shared standards across a global HRBP community.
• Comfortable operating through ambiguity with an enterprise mindset.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into coordinated HRBP plans and lead complex transformation and workforce planning.
• Act as escalation point for cross-border employee relations with risk-aware recommendations.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into practical business plans.
• Integrate people data and commercial insight to surface trends and opportunities.
• Embed clear HRBP boundaries and triage routine activity to enable strategic work.
• Lead coordinated execution of HR programs across client groups, ensuring consistency within established frameworks.
• Coach Senior HRBPs and HR colleagues to build depth and coverage across regions.
