Job summary

Envision Pharma Group is seeking a highly experienced Principal Global HR Business Partner to join our Global HRBP team in the United Kingdom. This senior individual-contributor role partners with the Director, Global HRBP, translating priorities into clear, coordinated plans and delivering high-quality HRBP execution across a global footprint.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years progressive HR experience including senior HRBP
• Experience leading complex transformation and workforce planning
• Escalation-level expert with senior stakeholder management
• Global HRBP exposure is a plus

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise priorities into coordinated HRBP plans and lead complex transformation
• Act as escalation point for cross-border employee-relations matters with Legal on risk-aware recommendations
• Partner with senior leaders to implement enterprise people priorities
• Analyze people data to surface trends and opportunities for leaders
• Define HRBP boundaries and optimize routine work to focus on strategic priorities
• Lead execution of enterprise people and talent programs across client groups
