Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is seeking a Senior Hospitality and Colleague Experience Manager for the UK, Europe, US and LATAM. The role focuses on shaping hospitality, workplace services and guest experience across four major regions, with regional leadership, supplier governance and service innovation to deliver consistent, high-quality workplaces for colleagues and guests.

Strong ability to manage strategic suppliers and outsourced operating models.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

Lead regional delivery of Workplace Experience and Hospitality Services across UK/Europe/US/LATAM.
Translate global strategy into regional plans, tailoring service models to local needs.
Own supplier performance, set KPIs, review performance and address underperformance.
Drive service design, digital enablement and continuous improvement while maintaining global standards.
Partner with Facilities Management, Engineering, ESG and other stakeholders to manage risk, budgeting and forecasting.
