Job summary

Natixis in London seeks a Senior Head of Communications to lead the London Branch communications agenda in coordination with Paris. You will advise local senior management, support business growth, employee engagement and Natixis brand while safeguarding reputation.

You will manage events, CSR activities, content and media relations, budgets and systems, delivering compliant and clear internal and external communications across the bank’s markets.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Head of Communications in a global banking environment.
• Proven track record delivering strategic communication plans.
• Experience managing digital and social channels and media relations.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into clear messages.
• Excellent attention to detail and compliance with charters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the London Branch communications agenda in coordination with Paris.
• Manage events for the platform, including corporate and client events.
• Drive CSR activities and support employee networks and engagement.
• Produce real-time event content, coordinate media activity, and messaging.
• Own editorial calendar and quality assurance for executive communications.
• Maintain records, dashboards and stakeholder maps; monitor engagement.
