Job summary

Investment Bank in London seeks a Senior Communications Manager to lead the city’s communications strategy, partnering with Paris, advising senior management, and protecting the firm’s reputation through proactive internal and external messaging.

You will oversee events, CSR activities, content across channels, and media coordination, driving engagement while ensuring compliance and alignment with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Seasoned Head of Communication in a global banking environment (IB / Markets).
• Proven track record of leading the communication strategy for a global bank.
• Experience managing digital and social channels, multimedia content and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver the London Branch communications agenda in coordination with Paris team.
• Manage external and internal events including conferences, roadshows and town halls.
• Drive CSR initiatives and staff activities with networks and governance forums.
• Create and deliver content for internal channels (intranet, emails, totems).
• Own the London editorial calendar and quality assure executive communications.
• Coordinate media activity with agencies and involved teams; manage approvals with senior management.
• Support crisis, incident and change communications with timely stakeholder messaging.
• Maintain communications plans, stakeholder maps and dashboards; monitor engagement.
