Job summary

Strata Talent Group Limited in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects within the Geotechnical Sub-Alliance (GSA) at Sizewell C, directing essential ground engineering works for the site preparation of a new nuclear facility.

This senior role carries full accountability for safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes, working within an NEC4 Alliance framework with multidisciplinary teams and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major civil/geotechnical projects.
• Strong knowledge of ground engineering techniques and NEC contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage complex supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Take accountability for safety, quality, programme and commercial performance.
• Lead geotechnical works (diaphragm walling, piling, soil improvement) across the project.
• Set governance standards and drive delivery across teams and partners.
• Lead procurement strategy and management of key suppliers and long-lead items.
• Manage risks, critical path, change, and contract negotiations under NEC4 Alliance.
• Foster Zero Harm culture and ensure safety investigations and KPIs.
• Communicate with stakeholders through site briefings and client reporting.
